Doula Packages

My doula packages are tailored to meet the needs of different birthing levels ranging from basic support to extensive support.

Basic

Best suited for experienced birthers, birth center births, & home births.

Includes:

2 prenatal visits (Porterville office only)
Daily virtual support beginning at 34-weeks gestation
Early labor support via phone/text
Hands-on labor support at birthing location with a secondary doula
45-minute post-birth support
Virtual 60-minute postpartum visit

30% discount offered to repeat doula clients.

Best suited for first time birthers who need minimal emotional support and are proactive in learning all the birth things!

Includes:

3 prenatal visits (Porterville office and/or Visalia location)
24/7 virtual support beginning at 34-weeks gestation
1 home visit at 37-week gestation
Early labor support via phone/text
Hands-on labor support starting during active labor with Monalisa or secondary doula (If secondary doula is utilized, Monalisa will be available for virtual check-ins)
60-minute post-birth support
60-75 minute postpartum home visit

Lamaze Childbirth Preparation Classes

Lamaze Childbirth Preparation Classes are all evidence-based and geared to help families have a safer, healthier birth experience. Childbirth education empowers expecting parents to make informed decisions to help alleviate fears and anxieties associated with birth. My Lamaze curriculum offers a comprehensive overview of the birthing experience from pregnancy and birth anatomy to comfort measures and pain management techniques!

Connect with other expecting parents, learn from each other, and grow together!! Each class is FUN, INTERACTIVE, and EDUCATIONAL. A variety of topics is shared in preparation for pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting.

Safe for vaginal and cesarean delivery, traditional postpartum belly binding has been known to improve digestion, uterine involution, prevent diastasis recti, regain bladder control, keep warmth in the womb, allows the birth parent to feel secure, allows fascia and ligaments to rest, relieves pelvic joint dysfunction pain, supports uterine and abdominal integrity, minimizes discomfort from uterine cramping, stabilizes intra abdominal and chest cavity pressure.
