Lamaze Childbirth Preparation  Classes

• One on one Private Lamaze Childbirth Preparation Classes (partners are always welcome) $475
• Group Lamaze childbirth preparation classes (amount of participants varies depending on sign ups) $395
• Lamaze classes are 5 classes. Each running 2.-2.5hrs long (total of 10 hrs) each class covers different topics, techniques and education for pregnancy, labor, postpartum and early parenthood
  Total fee for the full course is $395 and I require $65 deposit upon scheduling ($290for doula clients)
• BONUS Class has been added as of 10/1/2022 my lamaze course will now cover a newborn class!!
• ONE TIME 4 hr Childbirth preparation class $200 (strictly labor) (workbook & handouts included)

Lamaze Childbirth Preparation Classes are all evidence based and geared to help families have a safer, healthier birth experience along with education to help make informed decisions to help alleviate your fears and techniques to mange the discomforts of labor!
