Doula Packages

Doulas help women through their pregnancy and birth journeys by offering physical, informational, and emotional support.

My doula packages are tailored to meet the needs of different birthing levels ranging from basic support to extensive support.

Platinum

Investment $2,500 Deposit $1,250 (remaining balance due when your 37-weeks gestation)

• Three Prenatal Visits
In-person visits at the client’s location of choice (within Monalisa’s service area), focusing on birth education, planning, comfort techniques, and emotional preparation.
• Virtual Support – 7 Days a Week
Unlimited virtual support (phone, text, email) starting from the beginning of services for guidance, questions, and reassurance.
• 37-Week Home Visit
A personalized in-home session to review final birth plans, practice coping techniques, and borrow labor tools if needed (peanut ball, TENS unit, rebozo, etc.).
• Early Labor Support
Ongoing support via phone and text beginning at 37-weeks gestation to help navigate early labor from home.
• Hands-On Labor Support
In-person support at your chosen birthing location once active labor begins, providing physical, emotional, and informational support throughout the birth.
• Full Childbirth Course
Complimentary enrollment in Monalisa’s signature childbirth education course — a $395 value — covering evidence-based birth prep and comfort techniques.
• 60-Minute Post-Birth Support
Immediate postpartum assistance for the first hour after birth, focusing on newborn bonding, initial feeding support, and emotional care.
• Postpartum Home Visit
A 1-on-1 session in your home to process your birth, support early recovery, and assist with infant feeding
• One Overnight Postpartum Visit
One full night of in-home support so parents can get restorative sleep while Monalisa cares for the baby and household needs. Valued at $400

Premium

Investment: $2,000 deposit $1,000 (remaining balance due when your 37-weeks gestation)

This package is recommended for first time parents, VBAC, IVF, High risk, those needing a bit more support along with the education and preparation.

• 3 prenatal visits at client's choice of location if within Monalisa's service area if not then mutual arrangements can be made.
• 7 days per week virtual support beginning at the start of services
• 1 home visit at 37-week gestation with option to borrow labor tools from Monalisa
• Early labor support via phone/text starting at 37 weeks gestation
• Hands-on labor support starting during active labor with Monalisa (unless otherwise noted)
• Full childbirth course (Monalisa is a Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator)
• 60-minute post-birth support
• 150-180 minute postpartum home visit with option to add on belly binding service at no additional fee

Standard

Investment: $1,800 deposit $900 (remaining balance due when your 37-weeks gestation)

This package is good for the experienced birther or birthers who need minimal emotional support and are proactive in learning all the birth things!

• 3 prenatal visits (Porterville office and/or Visalia office location)
• 7 days per week virtual support beginning at 37-weeks gestation
• 1 home visit at 37-week gestation (with option to rent birth tools) (rental fee applies)
• Early labor support via phone/text
• Hands-on labor support starting during active labor with Monalisa or secondary doula (Not guaranteed to have Monalisa)
• 45-minute post-birth support
• 60-120 minute postpartum home visit

Each month your subscription includes:

One 30 min virtual introductory meeting📲. This is where you and Monalisa chit-chat so Monalisa can put together a custom plan of action for your individual needs. Monalisa knows that there is no "one size fits all" method to support. She tailors each package to each person.
One 45-minute virtual meeting where we make a plan of action 💪🏽 for your monthly goal/s. Some options to choose from but are not limited to:
- Create an plan of action for each trimester of pregnancy (All four trimesters...yes there's four!)
- Weekly check ins to help you stay on track, and motivated to reach your GOALS!
- Feeling like the thought of motherhood is HEAVY lets talk about your fears & work through them TOGETHER!

15 text conversations between business hours 8am to 5pm Monday- Saturday (unlimited text support for doula clients seven days per week 👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽 check out the services tab)

Each client receives a custom PDF that includes their goals, weekly reflection, plan of action, notes from meeting with Monalisa and links to any recommendations that Monalisa may have suggested during your meeting.

Lamaze Childbirth Preparation Classes

Lamaze Childbirth Preparation Classes are all evidence-based and geared to help families have a safer, healthier birth experience. Childbirth education empowers expecting parents to make informed decisions to help alleviate fears and anxieties associated with birth. My Lamaze curriculum offers a comprehensive overview of the birthing experience from pregnancy and birth anatomy to comfort measures and pain management techniques!

Postpartum Belly Binding

The postpartum phase of childbirth has traditionally been regarded as one of the most vital times for a mother. Across cultures and traditions, the first 40-days of the postpartum period are revered as a time for rest, healing, and restoration.
